Figural porcelain pin cushion half doll, Made in Germany, 1930's, 4 1/2" tall, 18th century lady reclining in a swoon. She is clad in a brilliant yellow dress with white frilly neck and sleeves. She is wearing a white curly wig with a glossy pink flower in her hair and she is pointing to it with her hand. Her dress is fashioned from a luminous gold doily silk fabric over a glinting yellow satin pleated dress. The dress covers a gold silk slip and black doily slip. Her beautifully expressive face is finely detailed with rosy cheeks and red lips. She is wearing glinting gold metallic high heels. Gorgeous.
