Art Deco picture frame, circa 1930's, Made in France, 2 1/2" x 4 1/8", Bold brass frame bordered with gleaming brilliant faceted round soft paste crystal clear rhinestones. The frame is accented with fancy brass scroll work with 4 glistening round faceted rhinestones and one bright vibrant round facet cut red stone in the middle.
