Victorian picture frame, Made in France, 1890's-1910. 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". Twisted brass rope frame with 3 dimensional handpainted earth tone green and brown leaves "crawl along the frame and are accented with bright green and white striped and gleaming translucent green glass beading. Solid brass rod support with brass chain. Very Unusual! Excellent condition. On sale for the holiday season and ships free.
