Mini micro mosaic picture frame, Made in Italy, late nineteenth century, beautiful double oval picture frames, 3" x 2 1/2", holds 7/8" x 1" photographs. The left side is dazzling white with blue, purple, pink pansies fading into light blues, pinks, greens and whites along the sides and up to the top. The photo opening is edged with gleaming brass rope border & the outside edge of the frame is borders with geometric reddish brown tiles. The right frame is bright green background with various flowers of white, pink yellow and green. The outside rim of the oval is surrounded by a black & white geometric border and the rim of the photo is outlined with a gleaming brass rope border. The center of the frame features a large 3 leaf clover of shades of green and yellow on a brass stem. The frame is supported on a brass easel stand. The frame sits on ball feet. Excellent condition.
