Vintage tissue holder box, 1950's, Signed RANSBURG, Indianapolis, Made in U.S.A. Trade Mark, satin black background with a portrait of a white poodle with 3D gleaming white hand painted accents. She is wearing a 3D gleaming vibrant pink floral bouquet hat with dazzling soft paste facet cut crystal clear rhinestones and a vivid light blue tied bow outlined in glistening gold metallic and decorated with gold metallic polka dots.
