Nippon Cobalt & Gold Scenic Ferner, 6" diameter x 4" tall, Scalloped top is encased in a vivid deep gloss cobalt blue decorated with gleaming gold metallic hand painted scroll work and geometric designs and white enamel floral motifs. The ferner is supported on 4 legs also finished in fabulous deep cobalt blue and gold metallic geometric lines. The center of the ferner is painted in bright cheerful pastel shades of pinks, greens and blues and features tall buildings along a heavily wooded bank beside a river with a fisherman in a small boat.
