Nippon Cobalt Swan Scene Urn, 8 1/4" tall, deep vibrant glossy cobalt blue with exquisite dripping in gleaming gold metallic hand painted design scroll work and fabulous beading. A wide center border is finished in white, red and gold. The rim and base are adorned with matching gold and beaded trim work. The front oval cameo panel is decorated with 2 swans floating serenely on a placid lake and the back panel is decorated with a country lake scene. Blue Maple Leaf back stamp. Excellent condition.
